Return and Refund Policy

  1. If a product does not substantially conform to the description, quantity, and quality specified by us, then within 5 days from delivery of the product you have to make a complaint to  care@avnuefashion.com   or make a complaint through our toll free number 18002031383.
  2. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo/video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  3.  In case you have other reasons, please provide details of the issue with the produce/ produce at the time of filing the complaint
  4. Return will only applicable if someone apply for return between 7days after delivery.
  5. Upon receiving the item, We will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
