Return and Refund Policy
- If a product does not substantially conform to the description, quantity, and quality specified by us, then within 5 days from delivery of the product you have to make a complaint to care@avnuefashion.com or make a complaint through our toll free number 18002031383.
- In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo/video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- In case you have other reasons, please provide details of the issue with the produce/ produce at the time of filing the complaint
- Return will only applicable if someone apply for return between 7days after delivery.
- Upon receiving the item, We will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
- ??????If our team determines that the complaint is valid and genuine then we may replace the entire product or product or a part thereof, depending on the extent of the non-compliance with the description, quantity, and quality. Please note that our team is not likely to replace or provide a refund for:
- Damage due to misuse
- Any item which has been used
- Any damage/defect which is caused by you
- any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
- items for which original tags and packaging are not intact; Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.
